I've been trying to keep an eye on your Donation Manager threads, both here and at XenForo. I used a very similar add-on with IPB, before converting to XenForo, about a week ago. You say - Can you tell me how long those logs are archived? Is it possible to keep logs for the previous 12 months, or would I have to save each month's log externally? I'll likely be purchasing, as soon as I see you have a stable release.
Those logs are never removed. They are fairly simple at the moment. With 1.0 there should be a new goal system that will allow dynamic goals and maybe multiple goals at a time. Everything will be logged with them and they will never be removed, so you will be able to see all donations per goal per time period as well. These might not be shown in the first stable release, might be fairly simple logging to the end user however all data will be in the database. Also all callbacks from PayPal are logged into the database but not shown (same way XenForo does it). Simple answer to your question: logs stay forever.
