recently Ermac myself and aure have just been trying to get numbers up high enough for us to participate in clan wars, while doing that we have each taken on a executive decision based role to bolster the numbers, essentially if we find someone to be promising enough and they play often enough to play in clan wars we will try to get them in the clan, once our numbers have stabilised and we have a reliable crew then we shall open it up so that all pyr0 members will have a say in applications.
Hopefully it won't be for long at all.
